We are a world-class technology and engineering company that designs and manufactures market-leading Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Electro-Optical Systems and Aircraft Launching Systems for critical defence missions, governmental and commercial applications.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer. This role is being opened as we enter the next phase of launcher platform development, including the transition of our catapult systems toward a unified embedded control architecture and the development of future launch technologies.

You will drive the development of our canister launcher system, current catapult launchers, and next-generation launch platforms. Furthermore, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology by contributing to the conceptual development of electromagnetic launch system.

Your role:

  • Design and validation of electrical schematics, cabling, and system integration. 

  • Development of electrical systems and control architecture for launching systems. 

  • Selection, testing, and technical validation of electrical components and subsystems. 

  • Collaboration with mechanical, embedded software, and systems engineers to develop new solutions. 

  • Own electrical system architecture decisions from concept development through testing and field deployment.

  • Technical support for prototype building, testing, and field support.

Other tasks:

  • Failure analysis and troubleshooting of electrical systems both in the factory and in the field. 

  • Creation of technical documentation, manuals, and manufacturing documentation. 

  • Technical cooperation with suppliers and partners regarding components and solutions. 

  • Evaluation and implementation of new technologies and architectural solutions and engineering approaches.

About you:

  • Higher education in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in the development of electrical or electronic systems. 

  • Good understanding of electrical schematics, cabling, and system integration. 

  • Experience with mobile machinery, industrial, or embedded systems. 

  • Ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems. 

  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently, act, and drive results. 

  • Fluent in both Estonian and English. 

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with military, autonomous, or UAV systems.

  • Experience with CAN bus, IO-Link, or other industrial communication systems.

  • Experience with embedded control systems.
